What is the Ladies Tea?

For those who have not attended in years past, this is the night that the Fellowship Hall is transformed into a Christmas Wonderland. Tables are decorated for the seson by each Hostess. Candles are lite. Christmas music fills the room. A wonderful 3 course meal is served by the men of the church. Ladies relax and fellowship.

Following dinner, a program that will delight and inspire is presented. Barb Cash (wife of Tim Cash, Chaplian for the Atlanta Braves) will bring a wonderful message entitled "Embracing The Present". Invite your friends, neighbors, coworkers, family members, and anyone else you know that needs to be embraced by the love of our Saviour this Christmas.

Rahab's Rope

A Women's Center in India

A place that ministers to the whole person. A place of hope.

In the Bible you will find a story of a woman whose name was Rahab. There is a rope in the story that represents Rahab's rescue, physically and spiritually.  Similarly, in India there is a story today. About 200 girls and women are forced into the sex trade every day. They are used for a few years then thrown to the streets to survive. With love and compassion women are rescued from the street, provided food, shelter, protection, and trained for a better way if life. Just as Rahab's rope represents her rescue so do the products of Rahab's Rope.

These items will be available for purchase on the night of the Tea and make great gifts. By purchasing the products of Rahab's Rope you are enableing more girls and women an opportunity for hope where they thought none possible.
